Augmentia Fault Tracking is both a web and windows based fault tracking system.
Faults can be input via both the windows application and via the web interface.
Basic Features
- Report Generation on all features of your faults and inventory
- Add inventory types.eg computer, desk, room, car
- Add your own fault types, which are instantly available to users of both the web and pc application
- Allow users to monitor their own faults and to be automatically updated via email, or web browser
- Group your faults by priority, room, fault types, building, reporter or assigned member of staff
- Use the applications authentication or connect it to your Active Directory and authenticate via that. You can also control access via the AD
- In built message system so that technical staff can contact one another, or groups.
